Receptionist / Administrator - 18.12 hours per week (Week 1: 2 days / Week 2: 3 days week 2)
Brotherton & Byram Community Primary Academy are seeking to appoint a Receptionist / Administrator to work alternate 2 and 3 day weeks (Thurs & Fri one week and Wed, Thurs & Fri the next) from 8.30am - 4.15pm, term time only.
Our ideal candidate will be a friendly, efficient and enthusiastic individual committed to working as part of our admin team. You will be approachable and show good communication and interpersonal skills. With a commitment to making the school outstanding, you will have a flexible attitude to work, be highly organised and will have experience of reception and administrative duties, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality and follow procedures correctly.
The role will involve you providing a general administrative service in this busy primary school, especially providing a welcoming, efficient and effective reception. The role also involves answering the telephone, photocopying and a wide variety of other office duties and you will be required to deal with queries from children, parents, staff and visitors in an efficient, courteous, friendly and helpful manner. You will also be required to undertake First Aid training and administer first aid and medication as necessary.
